How to Order Through the Website

Step 1: Create an account by clicking the “Sign Up” button and filling in your details. If you already have an account, simply log in.

Step 2: Browse our wide range of pet products and services using the search bar or categories.

Step 3: Add your selected items to the cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.

Step 4: Proceed to checkout, confirm your delivery address, and select your preferred payment method.

Step 5: Complete your order by clicking the “Place Order” button. You will receive a confirmation email with the order details.

Payment Options:

  • Online Payment: Secure payment via credit/debit card or digital wallets.

Delivery Options:

  • Delivery Timing: Orders are typically delivered within 24-48 hours.
  • Service Areas: We currently deliver inside Dubai only. Check our delivery area coverage at checkout. ​

How to Submit a Request:

  • Log in to your account and go to “My Orders.”
  • Select the item you wish to return or exchange and click “Request Return/Exchange.”
  • Fill in the form with the required details and submit it.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Food Selection:

  • For puppies/kittens: Choose specially formulated food for their growing needs.
  • For senior pets: Opt for easily digestible food with added joint support.

Toys and Accessories:

  • For active breeds: Select durable, chew-resistant toys.
  • For smaller pets: Look for lightweight and safe toys.

Grooming Products:

  • Match shampoos and conditioners to your pet’s coat type.
  • Regular grooming tools like brushes should suit your pet’s fur length.
