Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, customized items, and opened food products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Process for Returns/Exchanges

  • Submit a return/exchange request through your account dashboard.
  • Provide the order number and reason for the return/exchange.
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

 

Shipping Costs
